Demonstrated efficacy on more than 13000 acne-prone subjects. Reduces pimples, and blackheads and prevent their reappearance. Limits post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation marks (anti-red and brown marks). It maintains results 1 month after stopping application. Return Eligibility
Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The product was purchased within the last 3 days.
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange the product for another item or return it for a gift card. Exchanges are accepted once per order number.
Exceptions:
- Items purchased with a gift card or during a special promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Electronics cannot be exchanged or returned if the packaging has been opened.
- Cosmetic products (e.g., nail polish, lip liners, lipsticks, mascara, roll-ons) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
- Quantities are limited to 2 per customer (from the same offer or bundle).
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. The product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection and approval by our Quality Control department. Once approved, an exchange will be processed. Shipping costs for exchanging damaged items will be covered by SohatiCare.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is $3.50 (daily rate applies). Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping both to and from SohatiCare.
Note: Any order that has been exchanged more than twice will incur charges for the third exchange.
