Recommended for daily care of sensitive, dry and very dry skin prone to epidermal dehydration, with roughness and associated itching and hyperreactivity to environmental aggressors.
Also to be used preventively on healthy skin to prevent dryness and minimize the risk of recurring symptoms and aggravation of atopic dermatitis.

Action:
Emollient components contained in the balm replenish intercellular cement and restore optimum lipid levels in the epidermis. They provide excessively dry skin with essential nourishing and moisturizing substances.
A combination of highly effective ingredients (olive wax, lanolin, rice oil) with regenerating properties provides long-lasting replenishment of epidermal moisture and lipids, creating a protective barrier to prevent transepidermal water loss. The balm restores natural physiological balance, optimum hydration and softness to the skin. It also reduces skin dryness and flaking and protects against recurring symptoms of excessive dryness.
Canola oil and hemp oil provide soothing and anti-itch properties, and are highly effective in skin care against dryness and atopic dermatitis (AD). The balm reinforces the hydrolipid mantle of the skin, protecting it against harmful environmental conditions. It soothes irritations and reduces the unpleasant sensations of itchiness and skin roughness.
The product absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy film on the skin or clothes. Regular and comprehensive EMOTOPIC emollient care enables longer periods of remission and prevents relapses of AD.
Directions of use:
Apply on cleansed and dry skin of the body.
For daily use, once or twice per day.

Return Eligibility
Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The product was purchased within the last 3 days.
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange the product for another item or return it for a gift card. Exchanges are accepted once per order number.
Exceptions:
- Items purchased with a gift card or during a special promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Electronics cannot be exchanged or returned if the packaging has been opened.
- Cosmetic products (e.g., nail polish, lip liners, lipsticks, mascara, roll-ons) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
- Quantities are limited to 2 per customer (from the same offer or bundle).
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. The product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection and approval by our Quality Control department. Once approved, an exchange will be processed. Shipping costs for exchanging damaged items will be covered by SohatiCare.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is $3.50 (daily rate applies). Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping both to and from SohatiCare.
Note: Any order that has been exchanged more than twice will incur charges for the third exchange.
